For the November 2026 to February 2027 Indian wedding season, place favour orders 6–8 weeks ahead. Peak-season production books out, and quantities above 200 need lead time for pouring, the ten-day cure and individual packing.
Why book now for a winter wedding
The Indian wedding calendar concentrates enormously — November through February carries the bulk of auspicious dates, which means every favour supplier in the country is busy in the same twelve weeks.
Hand-poured production does not scale on demand. A 400-unit order requires pouring time, a ten-day cure and individual packing. Approach us in October for a December wedding and the honest answer may be no.
Working out quantity
The most expensive mistake is ordering one per guest. Return gifts at Indian weddings go to families. For 400 guests, that is usually 240–280 units.

What works at scale
Tealight packs and small sculpted pieces are the workhorses — light, stackable and cheap to pack individually. Avoid tall or thin forms, which break in transit and take disproportionate venue storage.

Personalisation and delivery
Names and the date on the card cost little and work well. Printing on the candle itself does not — it adds cost and lead time and burns away.
Delivery from Ludhiana runs 4–5 days to Delhi NCR and up to 7–10 days for South and North-East India. Build that in on top of production, and have the order arrive at least a week before the function rather than the day before.
