How many wedding favours should I order?

Most couples order one per guest family rather than per guest, which usually works out to 60–70% of the headcount. We supply wedding favours from 50 units upward with bulk pricing, and can pack them individually with your names on the card. Write to us at least three weeks before the date.

Can I choose the fragrance?

Yes. Every candle here comes in the twelve fragrances from our Scent Library — Mysore sandalwood, Nocturne rose and oud, Kashmir rose and saffron, Kyoto jasmine, Golden Hour vanilla, Bombay cardamom, La Pâtisserie almond, Nectar mango, Monsoon vetiver, Tides sea salt, Shimla cedar and Nagpur rosewood. How long do these candles burn?

It depends on the format: jar candles burn 35–40 hours, urli floats 8–10 hours each, sculpted pieces 6–8 hours and tealights 4–5 hours. Exact burn time is listed in the specifications on every product page. Trimming the wick to 5 mm before each burn makes the biggest difference.

How fast do you deliver, and where from?

Everything is poured and shipped from our workshop in Ludhiana, Punjab. Delhi NCR and the North arrive in 4–5 days, Maharashtra and Central India in 6–8, and Tamil Nadu, Kerala and the North-East in 7–10. Shipping is free on orders over ₹499, anywhere in India.

Are your candles safe and vegan?

Yes. We use 100% GMO-free soya wax with no paraffin, no beeswax and no animal-derived additives, and every fragrance oil is IFRA-certified for candle use. Wicks are cotton with no lead core, so there is no petroleum soot.

Can I send this as a gift?

Yes. Add a note free at checkout and we print it on a card, or add a hand-written card in ink for ₹15. Gift orders never include a price or invoice in the parcel, and you can ship straight to the recipient.
