Return Policy — Candles by Midnight

At Candles by Midnight, we prioritize quality and customer experience. Please read our return policy carefully before requesting a return.


No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Returns are only accepted if the product meets our return eligibility criteria (mentioned below) or if you receive a damaged/incorrect product with proper proof submitted within the required time frame.


Damage Claims — 24-Hour Submission Required

If your product arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, you must:

  1. Record a full unboxing video (from opening the parcel seal to showing the damaged item).

  2. Include a clear photo of the product along with our Candles by Midnight branded mailer/box.

  3. Submit the video + photo to info@candlesbymidnight.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after 24 hours or without proper proof will not be accepted.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return (not refund):

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it.

  • Unworn, unused, and with all original tags.

  • Must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide receipt or proof of purchase.

  • You must submit a proper unboxing video showing the condition of the product.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not qualify for a return.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at info@candlesbymidnight.com.

If your return request is approved:

  • We will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

  • Items sent back without approval will be rejected automatically.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately, and

  • Provide the required 24-hour unboxing proof (as stated above).

We will evaluate the issue and guide you on the next steps.
