At Candles by Midnight, we prioritize quality and customer experience. Please read our return policy carefully before requesting a return.
No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Returns are only accepted if the product meets our return eligibility criteria (mentioned below) or if you receive a damaged/incorrect product with proper proof submitted within the required time frame.
Damage Claims — 24-Hour Submission Required
If your product arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, you must:

Record a full unboxing video (from opening the parcel seal to showing the damaged item).

Include a clear photo of the product along with our Candles by Midnight branded mailer/box.

Submit the video + photo to info@candlesbymidnight.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted after 24 hours or without proper proof will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return (not refund):

The item must be in the same condition you received it.

Unworn, unused, and with all original tags.

Must be in its original packaging.

You must provide receipt or proof of purchase.

You must submit a proper unboxing video showing the condition of the product.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not qualify for a return.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email us at info@candlesbymidnight.com.
If your return request is approved:

We will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Items sent back without approval will be rejected automatically.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

Provide the required 24-hour unboxing proof (as stated above).
We will evaluate the issue and guide you on the next steps.
