Burning it well
- First burn: 2–3 hours, until the melt pool reaches the edge. This prevents tunnelling for the life of the candle.
- Trim the wick to 5 mm before every burn.
- Burn no more than 4 hours at a stretch, on a heat-resistant level surface.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended, or within reach of children and pets.

Care & safety

- Best scent throw. Burn in a closed room of up to 200 sq ft; give it 30 minutes to fill the space.

- Burn on a heat-resistant, level surface. Stop when about 10 mm of wax remains.
- Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a stretch.

Burn & care
Trim the wick to 5 mm before every burn. This is the single thing that most affects how your candle performs — an untrimmed wick smokes, mushrooms and burns through wax far faster.
First burn: let it run 2–3 hours until the melt pool reaches the edge. Soy wax has a memory; if the first burn tunnels, every burn after it will tunnel.
In Indian summers: keep candles out of direct sunlight and away from a hot windowsill. Soy softens above roughly 35°C. If a piece softens in transit it re-firms in a cool room within a couple of hours.
Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it away from curtains, children and pets.

Where should I put the Snowflake?

Is the Snowflake a good gift?
It is bought most often for birthday gifts, festive candles. Add a gift note free at checkout — we print it on a card, or write it by hand in ink at no extra cost. Gift parcels never include a price or invoice.
How long does this jar candle burn?
Around 35–40 hours. Trim the wick to 5 mm before each burn and let the first burn run 2–3 hours so the wax pools to the edge — that prevents tunnelling and gets you the full burn time.
Can I reuse the jar?
Yes. Once the wax is spent, pour in hot water, let it stand ten minutes, then wipe clean. The jar is glass and food-safe, so it works as a brush pot, planter or storage jar.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we ship pan-India. Orders dispatch in 2–4 working days and typically arrive within 4–7 days depending on the pincode. Shipping is free on orders over ₹499.
Can I send this as a gift with a message?
