Care & safety
- First burn. Burn 2–3 hours, until the melt pool reaches the edge. This prevents tunnelling for the life of the candle.
- Trim the wick to 5 mm before every burn. An untrimmed wick soots and burns hot.
- Best scent throw. Burn in a closed room of up to 200 sq ft; give it 30 minutes to fill the space.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep away from children, pets and anything flammable.
- Burn on a heat-resistant, level surface. Stop when about 10 mm of wax remains.
- Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a stretch.

Burn & care
Trim the wick to 5 mm before every burn. This is the single thing that most affects how your candle performs — an untrimmed wick smokes, mushrooms and burns through wax far faster.
First burn: let it run 2–3 hours until the melt pool reaches the edge. Soy wax has a memory; if the first burn tunnels, every burn after it will tunnel.
In Indian summers: keep candles out of direct sunlight and away from a hot windowsill. Soy softens above roughly 35°C. If a piece softens in transit it re-firms in a cool room within a couple of hours.
Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it away from curtains, children and pets.

Is the Wax sachet a good gift?
It is bought most often for return gifts, self-care candles. Add a gift note free at checkout — we print it on a card, or write it by hand in ink at no extra cost. Gift parcels never include a price or invoice.
How does a wax sachet work?
It is wickless — you never light it. Place it in a wardrobe, drawer or car and it releases fragrance slowly for four to six weeks through body heat and air movement.
Where should I not put it?
Avoid direct contact with polished wood or painted surfaces, since the wax can mark them. Keep it in its pouch or on a cloth liner.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we ship pan-India. Orders dispatch in 2–4 working days and typically arrive within 4–7 days depending on the pincode. Shipping is free on orders over ₹499.
